At Just Ask, we believe in keeping data practices transparent and minimized. This policy explains what happens when you visit our site and use our inquiry form.

1. Form Data and Inquiries

When you submit the inquiry form, the information you provide is sent to our backend for validation and forwarded to our email provider, Resend. The form does not open your email application, and we do not store inquiry submissions in a database in this app.

The form includes your name, email address, and any optional business details or context you provide. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond to your inquiry. We use the information to communicate with you about potential services.

For abuse prevention, the server temporarily keeps a normalized version of the email address you provide (trimmed and lowercased) in server memory for up to 15 minutes. This is a rate-limit control, not identity authentication, and it is not written to the app's database.

2. Analytics and Tracking

We do not use invasive third-party analytics trackers, remarketing pixels, or session recording tools on this website. Our goal is to provide a clean, fast experience without compromising your privacy.

3. Third-Party Services

Inquiry requests route through Replit Connectors to Resend, which processes the inquiry email on our behalf. Their handling of submitted information is subject to their respective policies and terms. Our backend sends only the fields needed to respond to your inquiry and does not include the form's spam-prevention field in the email.
